Getting started with Mage Intake

Mage Intake helps you collect structured information from clients through intake forms.

Steps

1. Open your Mage Intake service from Services and sign in with the admin details on the service page.
2. Create a new intake form and add the fields you need to collect.
3. Configure notifications so you're alerted on each new submission.
4. Publish the form and share its link, or embed it on your website.
5. Review submissions from the dashboard as they arrive.
