Put a service into maintenance mode

Temporarily show a maintenance page instead of your live app.

Maintenance mode shows visitors a friendly maintenance page instead of your app — useful while you make external changes.

Steps

  1. Open the service from Services.
  2. In the Maintenance panel, toggle Enable maintenance mode. Visitors now see the maintenance page.
  3. When you're done, toggle it off to restore normal access.

Use this before changes that could confuse live users — for example, while updating DNS for a custom domain.
